Feelora is operated by MindBright Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. References to “Feelora”, “we” or “us” in these Terms mean MindBright Labs Private Limited.

By accessing or using Feelora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Anonymity and Listener Verification

Feelora is anonymous between users: your real name and contact details are not shown to listeners or other users. Listeners, however, are verified by us before they are allowed on the platform, which includes providing an official identity document. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose. Harassment, hate speech, or abuse towards listeners or other users will result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Disclaimer

Feelora is an emotional support platform, not a medical service. Listeners are not licensed psychologists or psychiatrists. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services immediately.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
