Feelora is operated by MindBright Labs Private Limited (“Feelora”, “we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. What “Anonymous” Means on Feelora
Feelora is anonymous between the people using it. Your real name, phone number, email address and any identity documents are never shown to listeners, to other users, or on any public profile. You are identified to the people you talk to only by the display name you choose.
Anonymity between users is not the same as anonymity towards us. To run the platform safely we do hold certain identifying information internally, as described below.
2. Information We Collect
From users. Account and profile details you provide, and information generated when you use the service, such as call and chat activity and payment records.
From listeners. Anyone applying to become a listener additionally provides their full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, a written bio, an identity document type and number, and an image of that identity document. We collect this to verify that listeners are real, are at least 18 years old, and can be held accountable for their conduct on the platform. This information is used for internal verification, safety, payouts and legal compliance. It is not displayed to users.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- To match you with appropriate listeners.
- To verify the identity and age of listeners before they are allowed on the platform.
- To process payments and listener payouts.
- To investigate reports, ensure safety and prevent abuse.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your account, chats and calls. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your conversations with third parties for advertising or marketing.
We may access or disclose information where it is necessary to investigate a report of abuse or a safety concern, to operate the service through our service providers, or where we are required to do so by law.
5. Deleting Your Data
